Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Club Taekwondo Escorpio London are strictly non-refundable. Payment Schedule Payments must be made in advance between the 24th and 28th of the preceding month. This applies to all training fees and membership-related charges. Direct Debit Requirement All regular payments are collected by Direct Debit. By setting up a Direct Debit, you agree to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account for payment collection. Cancellation Policy If you do not wish to continue your training or membership, you must notify the club in writing before the 24th of the month prior to the period you wish to cancel. Failure to cancel before this date will result in the next month’s payment being charged. Non-attendance does not exempt members from payment obligations. Policy Acknowledgement By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Payment Policy and Safeguarding Policy, which can be found on our website.
